I used the service several times, but my eyelashes would stain after each treatment, so I changed salons, but they found my eyelashes were so frizzy that they refused to continue the treatment. I don't know if the chemicals were wrong or what, but my eyelashes became so short that I was shocked. The first time they looked great, but after the second time, they didn't last as long and my eyelashes fell out.

The process was explained very clearly and thoroughly! I'm very happy with the finished product!

It was my first time visiting. The interior was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was polite and the explanations were easy to understand. I would like to visit again ^_^

I recently had a Parisian lash lift (upper lashes only) done here. After the procedure, when I got home and looked closely in the mirror, I noticed that the lashes at the outer corners of my lower lashes were all messy, as shown in the first picture. I initially thought, "Maybe the tape caused a kinks?" but it didn't go away even after showering. Also, the staff member who performed the procedure was someone I'd never seen before; perhaps she was a newcomer, as the chemicals stung her eyes throughout the procedure. This also bothered me, so I contacted the salon directly. I received the following reply: "The tape wasn't properly secured, so the chemicals got on your lashes, causing them to become messy. We apologize. We can do a lower lash perm to make them look nice, but it will cost 3300 yen. Would you prefer just a lower lash perm? Otherwise, applying a lash serum should help." (original text) The apology was typographical, and despite admitting their mistake, they recommended another lower lash perm at the regular price. I was appalled. Mistakes happen and are unavoidable, but the way they handled it was extremely disappointing. It's been about a month since the procedure, but as you can see in the second photo, it hasn't healed, and it's very bothersome when I'm putting on makeup, which really brings down my mood. I've been going there for about two years and haven't had any complaints until now, but because of this incident, I won't be going back.
