I've been going to this salon for eyelash perms for several years now. They always give me the perfect result. Even if the perm comes off quickly due to problems with my eyelashes, they'll redo it within a week, and they're very accommodating with schedule changes. It's very close to Nakazakicho Station (Exit 3), making it easily accessible. I've been a customer of this salon for about two years now, and I always get my eyebrows waxed and my eyelashes permed. Even though I'm practically a beginner with no knowledge, they patiently teach me and suggest many different design ideas.
