I've been to many different salons, but the staff member who assisted me on my first visit was so skilled and attentive that I've been requesting them specifically ever since. In fact, I've become so used to them that I can't go anywhere else! (laughs) I haven't had any other staff members, so I can't compare, but the overall atmosphere of the salon is great, and they only offer product recommendations and additional services when necessary, which I think is truly wonderful. I'm afraid it will become difficult to get an appointment now that it's already such a popular salon, but I wanted to write this review because I'm always so grateful for their service.

I've been going there for about two years now. I prefer to go whenever I feel like it, so I don't make appointments in advance; I use LINE reservations. Because I often book last-minute appointments, I don't request a specific stylist, but no matter who I get, they always give me a beautiful result! (This is important!) They do sell products, but there's absolutely no pushy sales tactics, and they give thoughtful advice when I ask for it. The salon has a great atmosphere, and I always feel so relaxed during the treatment that I fall fast asleep, but when I wake up, I look absolutely adorable!! I'm extremely satisfied with both the results and the service! It's cost-effective and the treatments are quick, so it's easy to pop in even during short breaks! I definitely want to continue going there!

I feel confident coming here because no matter who performs the treatment, they always do a beautiful job! I also appreciate that I don't have to make a reservation before leaving, which makes it easier for me to come here! Thank you as always.

My lash technician, Yurika Yoshino ↑ I went to this lash technician without a specific request, but the sloppy, shoddy work was disappointing. I went to Parisienne Lash without a specific request, but everything was sloppy and the results were terrible. She pressed her fingers down on my eyelids and scrubbed them so hard, and even poked the tweezers into my hairline. I endured it, but I couldn't take it anymore, and I cried out "Ouch!" halfway through. I told her it hurt, but she ignored me. The end result was terrible: there was still glue on my eyelid, and only the roots of my eyelashes were raised at a right angle and piercing my eyelid.

I'm very satisfied with my eyelashes! They always do a beautiful job. However, my neck got really sore while lying down in the chair, which was quite painful... I wish they could make the area around my head and neck a little more comfortable.
