I specifically requested a popular stylist, but unfortunately, the service was quite unfriendly. The overall demeanor was unpleasant, and it was difficult to ask questions. Also, this was my first time getting Paris extensions, and I'd been told at another salon that "your eyelashes will stand up even without Paris extensions," so I'm a little doubtful whether they were really necessary. I was disappointed because I had high expectations not only for the technique but also for the customer service.

I started going there through a referral, and this is my third visit. The staff member is different each time, but they're all very polite and helpful, and they listen carefully to my requests while deciding on the design, so even someone as indecisive as me can feel at ease! I look forward to continuing to use their services in the future! 🐶

I'm a repeat customer! They always tell me about the condition of my eyelashes and perform the treatment in a way that doesn't cause any damage, which really motivates me! The salon's interior is stylish and clean, so I feel comfortable going there!

Last time I visited the Motomachi store, but I usually go to the Sannomiya store. Everyone there is so lovely and provides such attentive service; I always feel refreshed afterwards.

I always have Sara-san take care of my eyelash extensions, and she always does a thorough job. The extensions last a really long time, which I really appreciate. It's sad when it becomes difficult to get an appointment, but I highly recommend her.
