My first time at Visage and let tell you Tatiana she is fabulous! She makes you feel So comfortable and very accommodating with everything. My lashes and eyebrows look amazing. I already booked my 3 week appt. I love the vibe/atmosphere and my new lash lady!!!

Courteous, fast (but not too fast), and beautiful work. Love my lash lift!! Tatiana put on a warm eye mask on too while I waited for the lashes to set. Her dog coco is adorable. If you have trouble finding visage, it’s the right door of the apartment building. Just follow the address. Amazing results and great price

I want to preface this review by saying it has taken me over a year to write this review. I am only now writing it because the Tatiana no longer works at the salon that she was at (I still go there for other services and I didn’t want any problems as she is extremely combative and aggressive). I first found out about Tatiana’s services through my nail tech. She and my nail tech shared a space and Tatiana would be present in the room/taking clients during my appointments. After several appointments I became curious and thought why not, I looked at some of her previous work/saw her clients who always looked pleased so I thought let me try. What a mistake. The photo I’ve included is what my eyelashes and eyebrows looked like after four days. I received a wispy set of lashes (I asked for classic cat eye but I was told I was getting wispy) and a brow tint. The appointment itself went fine, but as soon as I got home my eyes were irritated constantly. I spent the next couple of days removing the lashes that were causing the irritation, she had stacked so many causing crusting and irritation. Every time I blinked my eyes my eyelid itched. Normally I would have gone back to the service provider to have this dealt with but having shared space with Tatiana I knew better she would not be receptive to the feedback. I’ve been going to my nail tech for close to three years and she’s shared space with Tatiana for close to a year and a half. In that year and a half I have heard Tatiana tell her clients business, admonish my nail tech for existing in her space, and stonewall her colleagues all while clients (me & others) were in the space. She has talked about her clients and colleagues in Spanish while they were in the room, because she believed they didn’t understand her. The lack of professionalism and care for the client experience is a big part of my fear of reviewing Tatiana. I hope she sees this and uses it as constructive criticism to better her bedside manner.

Was recommended to Tatiana by a coworker because I’ve been to so so soooo many lash techs and was never able to achieve that wispy natural look I wanted. Came to Tatiana and I feel like I found who I’ve been looking for my whole life 😂. My lashes are so light and natural I’m so so happy. She also helped balance out my lashes by tinting my brows and I feel like a whole new person. Her dog Koko is adorable and she is so so kind and has a great eye for detail, her space is so comfortable I ended up falling asleep! She gave me a delicious coffee and the atmosphere was incredible and she speaks Spanish!! 10/10 I’m recommending to everyone I know. 💗🩷💗

I recently got the Wispy Natural lashes done by Tatiana, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The lashes are absolutely perfect—natural but with just the right amount of volume and flair. Tatiana’s attention to detail is impeccable, and she made sure the look suited my eye shape beautifully. The lashes feel lightweight and comfortable, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop.
