Vicky is so amazing. I had trialed a handful of local make up artists and none of them could give me what I was looking for. The looks were either too dramatic, too basic or just not me. I found Vicky through mutual friends and thought she was so knowledgeable in what she does and it is so hard to find someone in the states who truly understands Chinese beauty standards. Without even doing a trial I just went for it because she made me feel like she was an expert in her craft. She is based out of NYC but she was willing to fly out to the west coast for my wedding Vancouver. She reached out to me ahead of time to understand the scheduling, what I had in mind for looks and outfits. The night before the wedding she texted me reminders on what to make sure I do before bed and what not to forget to do in the morning. Vicky was prompt and on time, I didn’t even need to tell her what to do or what I wanted. She was able to take very thing she gathered before hand and help me create an ideal look. She checked in with me during each layer of the process to make sure that I liked it and that I was okay with what she was doing. I had prepared so much for her but she brought her entire tool kit and did not end up needing anything I brought. (She even brought hair extensions for me so I wouldn’t need to purchase them separately). We even had a prank first look for the groom and she helped with that make up as well. After my veil came off she clipped on some of her hand made hair accessories. She told me that she had hand made them herself. After the morning was done with me she helped my made of honor and a few friends touch up and get ready. Vicky stayed throughout the wedding to do touch ups help me with my second and third look. Needless to say even when I partied a little too hard my make up was still flawless and stayed on the entire night. I cannot thank her enough I got so many compliments on my look, she created the most ideal look for me and I was would not change a thing. The whole time she was so easy going went with our timeline and got me back out quick. Get you an artist who is over prepared like her. I would highly highly recommend her to all of my friends. She showed me her lash extension work that she does full time in New York and Taipei and I can’t wait to go and book an appointment with her. If you need someone who is thorough and detailed for your wedding definitely hire Vicky she was worth every penny.

This is the favorite eyelash extension salon I've ever visited. Vicky is extremely professional, and the entire process is very comfortable, with a clean environment. My eyes are very sensitive and often prone to inflammation, but I communicated this with her beforehand. I care a lot about hygiene, and she patiently communicated with me about it. Her tools are sterilized, which made me feel very reassured and helped avoid contamination. Everything has been excellent; I haven't had any inflammation issues in the past few months. So, I highly recommend this salon.

I've been struggling to find an excellent quality eyelash extension service; after trying out and being disappointed by countless shops, Vicky is the only one I've been revisiting for over 7 years (even before she opened her new studio here in NYC). Her eyelash extension is simply the best. I’ve never had such a gorgeous eyelash extension, but it is also extremely lightweight, and I can barely feel it. This blows my mind, literally. She’s the master of eyelash extension art. She’s the one who makes your eyes look more stunning than you would ever imagine!

Vicky is the best!!! So patient, so kind. I had not had any prior experience with lashs extensions and heard all of the horror stories. So I went in scared, but she did everything she could to make sure that I was comfortable. She educated me very well about lash extensions because this was my first time. I think she made great recommendations based on my eye shape. And after one session I’m hooked! I will definitely come back and try the other styles that she offers!! She highly recommended the camellia lashes so that is what we went with. I LOVE IT! She even taught me about the after care and followed up with me after to make sure I was ok. Really great experience would highly, highly recommend!!
