Unique Shape Brows Threading

I recently came to this salon and had a few different services done that came out to over $100, and I am so happy that I did. From start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. The staff and employees were incredibly nice, welcoming, and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. They took their time and did a perfect job on everything, showing a lot of care and attention to detail. It is hard to find a place where the customer service and the final results are both this great, but this salon really nailed it. Every dollar was well spent, and I left feeling completely satisfied with how everything turned out. I am definitely planning to come back here in the future, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a friendly team.

Got my eyebrows done with my friend and overall not satisfied with the experience. My threader did not ask about what I wanted AT ALL and instead free styled , made my eyebrows incredibly thin and arched. While I should have said something I assumed her not asking she would at least play it safe which she did not. Even after, I found multiple eyebrow hairs left untouched under my eyebrow . Several inches below. What? Even more, she overcharged for services - my friend got her eyebrows and upper lip done, while I only got eyebrows done. However, they charged us both for eyebrows and upper lips. Genuinely not satisfied with the experience at this eyebrow threading and I’m not easy to upset in terms of customer service. These ladies are certainly nice but I would not recommend going here

Don’t let the 4.7 stars fool you. I walked in and immediately saw an employee asking a client to leave a good review that was my first red flag. The second was when the person doing my face wax and eyebrows kept pushing add-ons, trying to convince me to do extra services like nose hair removal. The third red flag came at payment. She told me I could pay with Zelle or Venmo, which I didn’t question at first. When I asked for the total, I thought she said $17, so I sent $20. Then she corrected me by showing $77 on her calculator for just a face wax and eyebrows. That’s way more than I’ve ever been charged for the same service. On top of that, my eyebrows were uneven my left brow ended up much thinner than the right. I also noticed other customers were just tapping their cards on a machine, which made the whole Zelle/Venmo situation feel even more questionable. Overall, this place felt very shady. The 5-star rating doesn’t seem genuine, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish you know what lesson learned I’ll never cheat on my eyebrow lady ever again. ***Since I’m unable to reply directly to the owner’s response, I’m addressing it here.*** First, reviews should reflect a customer’s genuine experience. Encouraging or standing over a client while they write a review creates pressure and does not reflect an authentic review process. This is what I witnessed during my visit. Second, when I requested a full face wax, I expected clear and transparent pricing upfront. Charging separately for each area without explaining the pricing beforehand is misleading. If that is your pricing structure, it should be clearly communicated before or during the service to avoid confusion. Third, the quality of the service did not meet expectations. My eyebrows were left uneven, with one significantly thinner than the other. This should have been done correctly the first time. Lastly, I stand by my experience. I still don’t believe feedback is genuine when customers feel pressured to leave reviews. I do not wish to discuss this further and will be taking additional action so this won’t happen to future customers.

Got my eyebrows threaded here and had a great experience. The shape came out clean and natural, and the staff was very professional and friendly. Quick service with good attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

Today i went i did full face thread the lady asked if i wanted to add on nose wax for black heads and inside nose The total was $95 The listed price for the full face thread/ wax was $60 the nose wax was listed for $8 which is $68 dollars She said my total was $95 because the nose wax is separate and the $8 price on the wall was not being honored and not accurate she also said that the in nose wax was $15 which comes to $85 but plus tax it’s $90 She also could’ve clarified before she started the service she asked me 4 times if I wanted in nose wax I said no but she kept asking and asking I started feeling insecure maybe its something I didn't know I needed so I ended u agreeing the 6th time she asked . She was so pushy FIRE HER I wish I got her name It was also clear that the worker was fabricating the prices i love coming here but never again i know times are hard but that was terrible i paid the $90 but you’ve lost a customer and me and any one i know will stop coming very greedy I hope. the $90 dollars is worth losing a customer who comes on a monthly basis from reading some of the reviews this is clearly a normal thing maybe the owner is in on it as well She also claimed she was on the phone with the owner
