DO NOT GO HERE! I came in on Wednesday at 3:00 PM to get my nails done. By 6:00 PM that exact same day, the designs were already coming off. They were closed when I called to complain, so I called back the next morning. They told me to come in to get it fixed. I explained that I had a lash appointment there on Saturday and would get it fixed then, which they agreed to. On Saturday, I reminded them about the nail repair. They told me to get my lashes done first. After my lash appointment, I came back downstairs to get my nail fixed. They told me there would be a short wait, which I accepted. However, star brim (cardi b best friend) came in complaining that her regular tech wasn't there. She walked out, came back in, and the staff completely ignored the wait line. They put her with my nail tech ahead of me, even though I was already waiting and only needed one single nail fixed. I walked out. It is completely unacceptable to let someone skip the line when I was already waiting. To make matters worse, they refuse to do regular polish and only offer gel. These chop shops do not care about your natural nails. They only care about taking your money. They set up businesses in Black neighborhoods to exploit the community, taking our money while giving absolutely nothing back to the neighborhood!!! Save your time and your money. Go somewhere else where your business is actually respected.

I’ve been to Touch Nails before, and the experience is always a roulette. I waited hours just to get my toes done, but what really disappointed me today was the lash service. I asked for a natural doll-eye set, but the technician didn’t seem to know what a doll-eye map was. I was told my options were “cat-eye or natural,” yet what I received was neither. The lashes are thick, unevenly spaced, and have noticeable gaps. The outer corners are already drooping because the lashes used are too heavy for my natural lashes. It honestly felt like the natural set was intentionally made sparse and uneven to push me toward paying for a fuller service. I don’t like the thick, overly full look, which is exactly why I specifically requested something natural. I paid $75, and the quality does not match the price. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning for lash services.

I really wanted to like this salon, but I was so disappointed in the end. The staff was nice for the most part, and the service itself was fine, but I was charged way more than I expected without any reasonable explanation as to why. If there are additional fees or a different product being used, that should be clearly explained and approved before the service begins, not when it's time to pay. My nail tech used builder gel instead of acrylic, even though I never asked for builder gel. They said the designs alone were an extra $70 which was insane given it was just about 4 flowers. When I asked why my total was so high, I was told it was because builder gel had been used, but by that point my nails were already finished. I shouldn't have to pay for a service or product I didn't ask for or agree to to begin with. My set was $135 for a very short design that was practically at my natural nail length. I've gotten similar designs elsewhere for much less, so the price felt super unreasonable. I had planned to get a pedicure too, but after how this situation was handled, I decided to leave instead. I also chose not to leave a tip, which is something I rarely do. I respect service providers and normally tip happily, but the lack of transparency about the pricing left a bad impression. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect clear communication about pricing before the services are performed. I hope you guys can be more transparent with future customers so they know what to do before they are charged.

I love this place and Purple is very kind, she does beautiful nails for me, she is a perfectionist.

Got a purifying facial done with Bekki and left feeling amazing. The ambiance was great and she provided a 5 star experience. She took the time to explain the full list of options available and we decided on one that works best for me. I will recommend and will be returning.
