New to NYC and was referred to Sumi lash. I have been getting my lashes done for a little over a year so I know what to expect in regard to retention and shedding and can usually go about 10-12 days between fills. My appointment was on a Monday evening. I had a discussion with the front desk associate about what I wanted and pointed to a picture and at the end of the appointment they were much more sparse than what I expected in terms of volume, but we agreed next time I would try a different style (I did volume bloom set with “cat eye and gorgeous” mix… they said next time do only gorgeous for a fuller look). I planned to come again as it was my first time and I was referred. Today is Friday evening and just about all lashes on both eyes are out. The glue they use does not hold them at all. Not to mention they glued multiple eyelashes together with thick clumps of glue as you can see on one of them in the picture. The prices are cheap compared to other salons because the products are cheap!! Would not recommend

Waited a short while even though I had an underarm waxing appointment but great service and communication. Super pleased! Highly recommend!

I been getting extensions since 2017 most times always have to ask the estheticians to make them fuller and I did not have to ask Bim that, I did call about her filling in some spikes just to make them look even from corner to corner, other then that and possibly get 1 or 2 lashes too close to my lash line, the job is really amazing, she really didn’t leave any lashes behind and she did really good work with her isolation, I do want to try out different lengths and combinations to enhance my look but for now they are perfect, thank you Bim for your kindness, patience, and wonderful professionalism. It’s a breathe of fresh air for someone to listen and they receive what been requested !!

I had to come back and update my review! When I went, my lashes looked AMAZING! I ran to google to make my review. 48 hrs after install, nearly ALL of my lashes were FALLING OUT…I have had lashes for years and know how to take care of them… When I attempted to contact the site, nobody ever picked up the phone, after dozens of attempts I gave up. But two weeks later their phone worked well enough to ask me about scheduling a follow up appointment. I am very disappointed with the service I received and the hassle I had to fix it. [Included is a picture of the lashes I found on my pillow when I woke up.]

I was very satisfied with the results for my eyelash extensions. The customer service, Location and technician were all great.
