Purple Lash

I got a lash lift which looked really pretty when I left the place! Less than an hour later, they look super over curled and look insane to where they are curling back and touching my eyelids. They are really bothersome on my eyes and the lashes look crooked. I can’t open my eyes all the way without being super irritated by my eyelashes. Not sure what happened here 😭

Amazing experience with my lash lift!!!! My tech was so gentle and relaxing. I usually have trouble with tugging discomfort when I get lash lifts done but I felt no discomfort at all here. Very friendly and positive experience. I will be going back and would recommend!!

While the set and the mapping looked great, the lashes they use feel pretty stiff and have a shiny plasticky look. In terms of the price, I think there are better lash places in NYC that use softer lashes which are more comfortable Edit: Also, they don’t offer L curl lashes and will charge the full removal fee even for a few lashes still attached. Their stringent deposit/cancellation policy meant that I couldn’t refuse service without losing significant money. Go to G Plus Lashes or Best Eyelash (Midtown) if you want higher quality, better service, and lower prices.

Worst experience I had with getting lash removed and done. Booked on classpass and was aware of the natural aspect of the lash set. However, it looks my lashes are nonexistent and the shape is terrible. The tech showed me the pictures of their work, but what I got looks nothing like the pictures. The removal process burned both my eyes, I been to many other lash places and they NEVER burned my eyes during removal. I thought I was going to go blind. Never coming back again - going to get my nonexistent lashes removed soon because they’re terrible.

To book was very easy on their square website. Easy to get here from Manhattan. They were very accommodating for a pregnant woman. I just felt like my lashes could’ve been a little more fuller… I was trying to book fairy set on the website but only had special set and returning customers. They do not offer lash cleaners.. every lash place I go to usually offers it.
