Polished lash studio is an excellent establishment. Sasha is not only professional but friendly. She uses quality products and takes her time to make sure you leave looking fabulous. She listens to you r needs and make sure you are truly happy. The salon is always clean and follows all covid protocols. Excellent place. Truly The best lashes in the Bronx. The experience in this place has been excellent. I was in a situation in which my eyelashes needed to be done today! Sasha answered promptly. She was professional and gentle. I highly recommend her.

Great service always. My lashes do not fall out at all the first 4-5 days. When they do start shedding it is minimum. By the time I am due for my 2 week refill most of my lashes are still in tact. Sasha is very warm and professional and makes me feel valued as a client. LOVE IT HERE!
