I’m extremely disappointed I’ve been coming here for years and this new person who is working there made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I knew she was talking about me in her language and it was very hurtful and upsetting as well as beyond obvious. She sat there and laughed with the owner as well which was such upsetting because shame on the owner. I will no longer get services here after so many years. I’ve been a customer since she had her small place. It’s very sad because I’ve always liked to get services here. It’s my freaking birthday today and to have this type of experience is very hurtful.
Very bad customer service, just did my waxing here. The lady was complaining in Hindi to her coworker thinking I didnt understand her! If you hate your job, go work somewhere else!
I've been with them for 13yrs I come from the south Bronx to throgsneck just to get my eyebrows done there by Mandy although there all great at what they do I give them a 5 star rating
My favorite place to thread. It's consistently quick, tidy, and affordable. Afterward, my eyebrows appear extremely clean and sharp. Give them a try if you live nearby.
This place is great clean welcoming employees come get your threading and waxing here definitely recommend great job 👏
