December 10, done at 7:50pm paid. Service: brow thread $8, +$2 tip. Done in 5 minutes, felt rushed. First red flag a lady said her brows were made crooked and the lady doing her brows didnt talk responsiblity. Asked for a clean up and for brows to be kept thick. First photo is the before and following is after. A different lady took me and at the moment I felt like she was going too close to the center of my brows onto my actual brows and she cut my brows too short. Dont mind the rush at the end. But 0/5 never coming back, my brows aren't even cousin, one is round and the other is more straight with a bad arch.

Bad customer service. Don’t come to this place if something goes wrong they don’t want to take responsibility. I got my eyes lashes done and got an allergy reaction. I went back to the place and told them I got a reaction. The two girls at the place the did not show no reaction or emphatic. On top of that I got charged $10. I told her I shouldn’t paid because they did something wrong. They still charged me and didn’t care my eye were swollen. Stay away they only want your money if something goes wrong it’s on you, you will get charged again to fix their mistake

Took me in immediately bc now one was there. Did Brazilian and eyebrows with the Asian lady in the middle and when I mean Asian, I mean the Oriental kind :). But yeah the Brazilian was on point. Eyebrows was a STRONG no. They don’t look alike at all lol, but, I am wild picky with my eyebrows and the oriental lady had interesting eyebrows to begin with so I should have known better lol but … yeah Brazilian is cool here but Imma keep going to the girls on Fordham and grand concourse area for my eyebrows😬

Did my eyebrows there, and they look amazing. I was going to this one location all the way in 28th street and Lexington Ave for waxing because they would do a really good job. I went here today for the first time and they did an amazing job. Place is small and intimate, but made me feel really comfortable. Thank you!
