Been a customer here since I was a teenager, so it’s been well over 10 years. I prefer thin brows with a good arch and because the older employees would actually take the time to do your brows and lashes so they fit your face, I would always travel here, no matter what borough I lived in at the time. The newer employees are ruining the reputation of this location. I went to get my eyebrows threaded yesterday, May 4th. I was the first customer of the day and upon seeing that all the “esthetician” did was “clean” my brows, I asked her to make them thinner as they were still thick with no shape. She proceeded to try and tell me “No. They’re fine” and I responded “They aren’t. Please make them thinner, it’s my face.” , she began making disrespectful comments in Hindu. I had to ask her to fix my eyebrows THREE times before I was satisfied, each time her attitude would grow worse and she would continue being disrespectful in Hindu. She made comment about “skinny” eyebrows but the only word I understood was “skinny”, although I’m sure the entire context was negative. When I went to pay, I wanted to confirm that the price was $7 and she ignored me until I glared at her with an obvious attitude and she nastily said “yes”. I threw the money on the counter and left. EVERY TIME this woman does my eyebrows, I have to ask her to make them thinner at LEAST twice and she gets an attitude EVERY TIME. I should’ve asked for her name to make you all aware, however, she wears glasses. I believe there are only two workers that wear glasses, the person I’m referring to is a younger aged woman. I gave this location 2 stars because I will be a returning customer, I’ll just make it clear that I do NOT want that specific woman anywhere near my face. Edit : I removed a star because I’m now seeing that she CUT ME with the thread because she was being so rough.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Just cursed them because the short chubby woman was complaining about me coming here every month talking about i have to come every two weeks and "her hand hurt". So I respectfully stated that its her job to do this and I pay for a service and I am not the hairiest woman in the bronx. And then I also stated im not working and looking for a job. Talk about insensitive. Second place in the block that said this. Thats not right. IF YOU HAIRY JUST LIKE ME, DONT COME HERE! they will just laugh at you and make fun of you for being hairy. Disgusting place. Rude. Defending myself as I should. Go down the block near taco bell. I dont even know why I switched. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else they dont even do eyebrows good they are very nasty and disgusting. Shouldve never paid them. Hope they shut down soon. I see the other reviews and they cut a lady in the middle of her face when they were threading her. Wow. Go somewhere else please.

I drive an hour for the amazing service from Jay. She’s been wonderful in eye brow and body waxing, facials and extractions. As long as she is there I will continue ur to support the business.

I come to this place last 3 year.this place is very nice and clean. One lady name JAY is very honestly and lovely.she was respect to all customer.she work is always nice.eyebro threading and waxing work to nice and smoothly.i recommend to support the business.
