PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I DONT WANT YOU TO SUFFER LIKE I DID. In July 2025, I suffered intense burning ( I’ve never felt before) to my eyes after Kerri did my lashes. The pain subsided after a while. When I awoke the next morning, my left eye was BLOOD SHOT RED! I went to the ER & my then to my eye doctor. Both said they saw scratches to my eye ball which cause the bleeding. I returned to Pearl a week or so later to talk to the manager. I showed her photos & both the doctor’s reports. I think the managers name is Saman. She couldn’t have cared any less! SHE WAS RUDE & NASTY & told me it was own my fault! I knew I had to walk away because she made me so upset. She refused to compensate me in any way. She treated me like garbage & made me pay it! As for Kerri, she didn’t mean to hurt me. She was always kind, but she made a mistake. I pray that she does better & hurts no one else. I took Pearl Brows to small claims court in & they did not even show up to defend themselves. The date was on December 16th 2025. Pearl Lashes & Brows management cares nothing about us! They are here to make money off of us & if you are unhappy, so what??? They already got your money. Thank you Lord, I still have my eyesight✝️

Saman did an amazing job with my Brazilian wax today. I was really worried that the pain would be unbearable but her waxing expertise and methods were clean, efficient and professional. This was by far one of the best waxing services I’ve received and I highly recommend!

The first time I came across this shop, I was in a rush to get my eyelashes and eyebrows threaded late minute. They were able to fit me into a spot last minute, I was beyond grateful and did not regret ANYTHING!! I am so pleased with the work Yuki did on my eyelashes, they are going longer than a MONTH strong. I got my eyelashes done for a mini spring break trip back in the beginning of April, it’s been there pool water, beach water, and my skin care regimen. Second time in the shop I got my eyebrows done right by Saman. Truly am thankful, thank you!

I had a really great service from Yara the lash tech and Asma the brow tech. It's conveniently located with parking and the place is immaculate. They treated me with courtesy and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. ## Brows in picture not yet done.
