Technician Melody everything was beautifully done, and the service was warm and professional. I left feeling refreshed, polished, and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

I am a hair salon owner & I am extremely picky with shape, tone, smoothness, and opacity. One of my clients suggested I go to at this place to see Yvonne. I usually get a Russian manicure, but I’ve heard builder gel is healthier for your nails. Not only did she provide an exceptional service —Overall it feels extremely luxury, especially for the price point. The ambience is also very calming, clean and chic. And to TOP it off, they offer a complementary coffee and Matcha bar. I mean it doesn’t get better than this. Well done, and well deserved 100 stars

Absolutely amazing experience at Otium Nail Salon! Celine did my manicure and Amy did my pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Their attention to detail is truly incredible, they took their time, were so precise, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Absolutely obsessed with my nails 😭 Amy did SUCH an amazing job. The shape is super clean and elegant, the nude color matches my skin tone perfectly, and the whole set looks really natural but still polished and classy. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect. The salon itself is also beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Definitely one of the best nail experiences I’ve had in NYC. I’ll 100% be coming back to Amy again

It’s my favorite nail spot, they have the best strawberry matcha I’ve ever had, and the place is super aesthetic. Vicky took care of me and was amazing so gentle and kind plus, just look at the beautiful nails she did for me.
