⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the best experience at ORO New York Village Hair & Eyelash & Extensions! I went in for a Japanese keratin lash lift, and my technician, Mami, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made the entire appointment feel relaxing. The salon itself is spotless, welcoming, and has such a calm atmosphere. You can tell they really care about both cleanliness and client comfort. I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out—they look amazing! I highly recommend ORO, especially Mami, if you’re considering a lash lift. I’ll definitely be back!
