OBeauty Facial and Eyelash Extension

My biggest issue is the pricing and customer service . I was paying around $200 every 2–3 weeks for lash fills, which is extremely expensive, especially for Flushing. On top of that, my lashes were shedding much sooner than expected. I figured it might just be the adhesive or technique, so I planned to ask if they could use a stronger glue instead of immediately going elsewhere. The experience that made me decide not to return happened during my last visit. Based on the salon’s pricing, I expected my fill to cost around $125, but I was charged $200 again. I asked for an explanation because I was genuinely confused. There appeared to be a discrepancy between what my bank transaction showed and what their system showed regarding a previous payment. Instead of calmly explaining the charges, the front desk employee began yelling at me. I was honestly shocked. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect professional customer service, especially when a customer is simply asking for clarification about a bill. Despite that interaction, I still wanted to continue seeing one tech because I liked her work. However, I was told there was no availability. Later, I found out there actually was availability, and then I was informed that I was no longer welcome at the salon and they were just being unprofessional and lying. I simply wanted an explanation for why I was being charged $200 for lashes in flushing . No customer deserves to be yelled at for asking about their bill. I can’t recommend a business that charges premium prices but responds to reasonable billing questions with unprofessional behavior. I hope the salon improves its customer service and ensures that clients receive clear explanations of their charges rather than being met with hostility.

I had facial done in this place. The person who did it was nice and explained every steps. However, when it came to the extractions part, it was very painful. I’ve had facials done before at different places but not as painful as here. I felt like it was rush and when I checked my face there were still blackheads. They also tried to offer different service but they were polite when I declined. I only went to this place to try it out if it’s good, but I think I am not coming back.

I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I did my lashes with Leona I was a little nervous at the beginning because it was new to me but she asked me what I wanted and did a proper consultation which made me feel secure in her work. After that she took two hours to do my eyelash set which was the first time anyone has taken their time to do that in my experience. I have received so many compliments and will not be going anywhere else that is not here. I’m so happy to have found it highly recommend!

Loved my experience here! My lashes came out full and natural, just the way I wanted. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. Super clean salon and friendly staff, highly recommend!
