Dear owner Your response is a clear attempt to shift responsibility away from the poor service I received. The service was not completed. I made the decision to stop the appointment because I was watching my eyebrows being ruined in real time. If I had allowed the service to continue, the result would have been even worse. The fact that I chose to leave before completion should tell people everything they need to know about my experience. You claim I was booked only for eyebrow threading, yet you conveniently ignore the fact that I arrived on time and was still left waiting outside. I informed you that I was in a hurry, but instead of showing professionalism, you chose to leave a paying customer standing at the door. You also claim to be highly skilled, yet when I asked about tweezing, you appeared unfamiliar with what I was referring to. That interaction alone seriously undermined my confidence in the service being provided. The shape of my eyebrows was altered in a way that I was extremely unhappy with. This is not a misunderstanding about timing or scheduling. This is about the quality of the work itself. As for the cameras, please feel free to release the footage. In fact, I encourage it. If the recordings truly support your version of events, then the public can watch them and decide for themselves. I have absolutely nothing to hide. What is most telling is that instead of addressing the concerns raised in my review, you chose to attack the customer and question my credibility. A professional business takes feedback seriously. An unprofessional business blames its customers. I stand by my review completely, and I am fully prepared to defend my statements through any formal complaint process if necessary.

Nikko has magic hands. I didn’t even know it was possible to transform my brows the way that she did, they never ever looked so good. I also did lash extensions with her, and so far- it’s my best experience in NYC. I’m allergic to some types of glue, and pads- and she listened, and made sure none of the products she uses could cause a reaction. It’s truly a professional you’re lucky to find once in a lifetime.
