Let me start with the good things - Great technique, quick job done fantastically, okay hygiene but reasonable for the price. I’ve been a loyal customer and followed her from the old location to the new one. She’s no longer consistent with the posted schedule. Came here once mid afternoon and was informed by the kind salon ladies that she was not in. Today I walked in without an appointment, fully understanding she was busy with another client and I was patiently waiting outside. I didn’t interrupt her at all, sat there for 30 minutes quietly, hoping she’d give me a word on how long the wait would be. Mid appointment she went to pick up calls, then she came out, greeted me, and told me she had such and such more things to do with her current client. I asked “how long is it going to take” in a calm, friendly, and understanding tone, purely trying to get an expectation of time. She suddenly responded with attitude “if you hold me like this, it’s going to take longer,” didn’t give any time estimate, and shut me out from the curtain. I don’t think any client deserves to be treated like this. I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and will continue to as long as I’m in the city!! Neelam is so good at her craft and has the most wonderful personality. Definitely one of the best brow places in NYC

Neelam is my go-to in New York for eyebrows and waxing, and she's been consistently excellent for the past 3-4 years that I've been going. What's more, she's incredibly accommodating, always managing to fit me in with minimal wait time, even without an appointment. For reliable and pleasant service, I highly recommend her!

neelam is a fantastic beautician!! I’ve been coming to her for a couple of years now and she always does a fantastic job. She is incredibly hard working, kind, and has a great attention to detail. She’s very clean and I’ve always felt like I’ve been completely taken care of when I leave. She completely saved my eyebrows after I tried going to a few other places in the city and i recommend her to everyone I go to. She’s a jack of all trades and great at every service she offers!
