To be fair, the worst experience ever. I've been getting lashes FOREVER without issue. Made a real mistake going here while my lash tech was on vacation. This place has a groupon deal which I purchased online. I had to pay an additional 25 dollars for "tax" on the service. Before starting my lashes, I had to prompt the tech to wash her hands prior to my service. This is simple basic hygiene practice, Im not sure why as a professional, this wasn't standard. Once the application began, my face started to have a strange and itchy feeling. I asked the tech if they notice anything happening to my face, to which they replied no. Once I opened my eyes post service. I HATED the job that was done, thin/ flimsy job, so not worth the money. Additionally my entire face and eyes were broken out in hives. A CLEAR allergic reaction that I suffered with for weeks. Swollen eyes and face for WEEKS! This place needs to be investigated to ensure their health code is up to standard and they're buying products from reputable dealers. I've never had a reaction to lash glue. Overall, dont waste your time or health going somewhere that rather cut corners then ensure safe practices. Also, wherever you are in this world, its probably intelligent to have 1 person on staff who speaks the language common in that region. Most people in brooklyn ny speak English, how are the customers supposed to be able yo commute their needs?

Really disappointed in this place. I came here once before and had a good experience but not this time. Not sure who was my artist this time around but they didn’t listen to my style request and also made my eyes burn very consistently throughout the process. (It also took double the time it usually does) I would prefer if the technician communicated with me more if she didn’t understand me and would be gentler when applying lashes to such a sensitive area such as eyes. I had to mention a few times it felt like something was poking my eyes and that I felt a strong burning sensation. It’s been over 10 hours since I’ve gotten my lashes completed and my eyes are still burning and extremely red, even with eye drops applied. Update: As it's the next day, my eyes are still red and burning and I woke up with what feels like a slight infection. Please be wary of this place, seek something cleaner and safer.

Got a Groupon for a lift and tint, I love the results! They took their time, it was a small place but it was a comfortable atmosphere. You should call before coming in to make an appointment. would I go again? Yea for just a lash lift rather than both tint and lift. Also you get a card and get a stamp each time you visit so after 10 visits I think you get a discount or a free visit don’t remember exactly what it was.

Don’t have to go into the city or Queens anymore!! Ladies were so nice and helpful. Showed me photos to help me decide what I needed and wanted. Very flexible and professional. Would recommend highly!!

I actually booked it as a Groupon at first but I've been with Selena for 5 yrs. July 2021to be exact. I love her and her staff Cindy. They are professional, clean, the price is reasonable.My lashes last for months. She knows my look so I don't have to say anything. I still wash and wear my makeup on occasions. I go usually every 3mths or so if I have an event I will schedule my appointments. I am loyal and returning customers. It's a small shop but cozy and relaxing. One of the best in the business and I've tried a few. And it's woman owned . Coming from a lash girl. Run to Moda Lash okay !! ❤️🫶🏾 FYI if you eyes are burning/ red it's because you didn't keep your eyes closed enough for the glue to dry!! Wait 3-5 mins after she's done use the hand held fan!!! Also you have to wait 24hrs before you wet your eyelashes. I set a timer. ⏲️
