I’ve been a loyal client here for almost 2 years with Lucy, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I always get curled lashes, but this time I was given flat, uneven lashes (photo attached)that is what she put on my real lashes. Usually it was only be 3 or so as a group. I asked during the appointment if they were the same as usual because they looked different, and I was told “yes.” When I got home, it was obvious they were not what I normally get. When I returned to have them removed, I was told they were “sold out” — even though I specifically asked during the appointment and was assured otherwise. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was told I was the only person complaining and was treated rudely and dismissively. The way this was handled was unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unpleasant. After being a loyal client for years, I expected honesty and accountability, not excuses and attitude. I will not be returning!

Been here a few times and I love each visit. The place is very clean, very quiet. They listen to my requests and help me choose the best lashes for my needs. I always end up falling asleep during the process because they’re very gentle and it’s very relaxing. I got the 60pc cashmere set and they feel amazingly soft.

been coming here for 2 years.Recently I’ve realized my lash extensions were lasting 10 days rather than a month. Today I went in for the 2 week retouch which is $75. I never asked for lash removal. They wanted to charge me for new set plus remove once I went to the register to pay. I said that’s not what we agreed on because it was a two week retouch I never asked for a removal. Language barrier made them unwilling to understand and laugh at me and talk in Chinese. It’s 15 % off for cash and the women said no, even though I was paying with cash. Then expected a tip. For some lashes that last a week and a half to get mediocre service you are not getting a tip from me. Kicking me out telling me to come back and then asking for a tip is crazy and ridiculous. Don’t come here unless you want bitchy attitude + lash extensions that only last 10 days max. Woman told me to not come back, wasn’t planning on after the treatment and the lash quality recently.

If you're looking for good quality lashes done professionally, for an affordable price then this is the place for you! I absolutely love it here, it always kept so clean & smells so good. Sue the eyelash technician is great, she knows exactly what I want & how I want it. Very comfortable environment, I highly recommend everyone come here! Lovingggggg my new lashes. Thanks Sue
