Mai Lash Bar

Jane was so sweet and explained everything regarding the process of getting my lashes permed. She told me how my lashes would be like and how the tint would look on me and gave me all the disclaimers so I would know what to expect after the service. Even with my straight lashes, she permed them beautifully and it looks exactly like how I wanted to. I cant wait to come back! 💗

I heard about Mai from social media and wasn’t disappointed. I did a lash lift before my wedding and not only was Mai very careful to help me pick the right curl, but the studio is beautiful and relaxing. They also give first time clients a tube of Castor oil as a gift, and it worked so well to grow my lashes. A wonderful experience.

The experience itself was fine, but I was expecting to receive a lash lift/tint + brown tint/shape. They told me they cannot tint dark eyebrows and only blonde, so instead she recommended a brow lamination which i’ve never had done. The total cost for everything was $165 before tip which is much more than I expected to pay when I originally booked. The lamination ruined my eyebrows and they look worse now then when I went in. I can honestly say the exact same about my lashes, being that they now look damaged, not darker, and you can’t even notice I had them lifted or tinted. I went to a different brow studio to have my brows fixed after the lamination and she was mortified at the job that was done, saying that I did not receive the correct services at all. Will not be returning!!!

I got a brow lamination and lash lift at Mai and my eyebrows have not been the same since. The lashes turned out fine (though the lift didn’t last as long as it should have) but my eyebrows were ruined. About two weeks after the lamination my eyebrows turned a neon orange color. I went to my preferred eyebrow studio and my technician was floored. She saw breakage and bleach usage on my brows and they still have not grown back to my original thickness. I also had to wait for the orange to grow out (it took months!). I have no clue what Mai did but they ruined my eyebrows.

Got a lash lift and tint for the first time ever with Hana A and it was amazing! Hana was super kind and walked me through all my options and the entire process. The Mai salon is super cute and I will definitely be back.
