I should have read the reviews before coming here. The man at the front desk was horrible. I paid $70 for short square french tip, done by Franky. Franky was nice, but the nails were simply not good. I literally spent 20 mins having to shape them myself while the guy at the front desk watched and did nothing. I still paid full price and asked if i could come back tomorrow for someone to fix or redo the nails, he said that'll be $80. He said that I messed it up and now I want them to fix it. I explained to him that I expressed I didn't like the nails , he did nothing, and that me shaping the nails made it look 10x better and even still, it doesn't look up to par for $70 nails. The nails look old. He had an attitude with me and I asked to speak to the owner, he told me rudely that the owner never comes in, he's the one in charge and that I have to pay. Terrible experience and a waste of money. I'll post what I asked for and what I got.

Wow, I was so impressed! The service was super fast while still being very gentle and detailed. This was honestly the first time I truly felt pampered at a nail salon, and it was such a lovely experience. My nails came out gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is definitely a place I’d love to come back to again. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Beware — stay away !!!! My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I first walked in, I asked for a regular gel pedicure, but after I sat down I was told they only offered spa pedicures, which were much more expensive than I expected. That was the first issue. The second issue was that I was assigned to a man named Tommy. He seemed like a nice person, but he was extremely rough while doing my pedicure. He hurt me several times, and I had to repeatedly ask him to be gentler with my feet. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier, so it seemed like he didn’t understand what I was trying to say. On top of that, the polish application was done very poorly — it looked thick and cakey, and my nails weren’t even filed properly. It was one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk was also moody and came across as rude. I also felt uncomfortable because the staff would speak in another language while looking directly at customers, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. I ended up spending $105, and I was so unhappy with the results that I had to return the next day for a repaint. They wouldn’t even allow me to change the color without charging an additional $25. Thankfully, I was then helped by a woman named Tracy, who was wonderful and completely redid everything beautifully. Tracy was the only positive part of my experience. Other than that, I would not recommend this place.

I think I finally have to give up coming to this place. I come here for convenience because they do a pretty ok job. But whenever I go the price is never the same and ive noticed they try to add all these crazy add ins such as cutting your nails ( that are already short) and “ special shape” when they have to file your nails…. When a simple fill used to be at most 50 dollars turning to 70. Very nasty practices. Attaching pics to what they tried to say was a “ special shape” and almost cost me 69 dollars. Loyal customer now done.

First time visiting today and will definitely be a regular. I got the spa pedicure, spa manicure, and eyebrows done. Excellent service, loved the whole thing and being offered a drink is a nice touch, I had Tazo Milk Tea and it was delicious, they do offer wine as well. This will definitely be my place from now on!!
