I had such an amazing experience at this lash place! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier—super welcoming, professional, and attentive. The products they use are excellent quality, and you can really see and feel the difference. Don't buy their Groupon!! I arrived for my appt and hadn't pressed purchase on the Groupon because some salons prefer you to just pay them directly and honor the price. The receptionist asked to see the Groupon and indicated to purchase it, which I did immediately. Then the tech comes over and begins discussing with the receptionist in Chinese about the terms etc and the receptionist apologized to her saying that I just bought it so quickly and she didn't have a chance to explain. They didn't know that I understood Chinese. Their "mink" lashes are hard plastic and almost painful to the touch. I asked if I could pay the difference to upgrade to the cashmere lashes, which was $90 vs $100 on the price list (a common option in many other salons). They go back to discussing in Chinese and then tell me it's $30 extra since I am a groupon customer. Then they start to explain that the groupon which states "Full Set of Signature Classic Mink Eyelash Extensions (90 Lashes Total)" means that it is 45 lashes per eye. I explained that this is unclear, as all other Groupons and salons I have been to list the number of lashes per eye, and I have never heard of 45 lashes only. In fact, it's not even on their price list for customers. The smallest set they offer is 90 per eye for regular customers. She then says that this is the groupon option. As I'm pausing to think of what to do now since these terms are different than what I understood, the tech starts to go over everything again and show me the example lashes, explaining how hard the mink ones are and that they fall off easily so I should upgrade. When I told her I understand but didn't feel this was a clear and fair pricing structure, she jabs at how she's just explaining to make sure I understood since I was confused. I decided to just leave because I didn't like the shady advertising and slick up selling. They admit that their mink lashes fall off easily and are hard...so why sell those to people at all? There are so many other great salons, don't go to this one and get 45 plastic lashes on each eye 🤣. Also, don't try to scam people in Chinese unless you're sure they don't understand you!

This is the first time I had my lashes done here. My tech Celine is so sweet and professional. The space is clean and beautiful. The receptionist Karen is super friendly and helpful as she spent time for consultation to make sure I was happy with my desired lashes. Overall, it was indeed a very good experience and I would recommend my friends to come here!

I wasn't planning to do eyelash extension at that day, but I had to drive my friend who had appointment and other customer happed to cancel the appointment. So, they convinced me to do it since I was already there and will be finish about the same time as my friend. I did eyelash extension years ago, so I forgot how the feel like. The lady who do me the eyelashes is very gentle, and I was relaxing all the way there. As I do it the first time they give me 20% off and it is a good deal.

Beautiful environment. Very welcoming and helpful people. My eyelashes lasted for more than 3 weeks. The people are very gentle and very sweet. Their work is very professional. Highly recommended.
