Ok so tl;dr version is that this place is amazing. The long-winded version: I have hooded, monolid eyes with short lashes, and anything cosmetic related to them have always been disappointing. The last time I had a lash lift was like a decade ago, and it was sadly mostly unnoticeable due to the aforementioned short lashes. Lashpop is very close to my home, so I decided to stop by on a whim and ask about it. The receptionist was so nice and answered all my questions, and then I was lucky enough to catch one of the techs (I think) at the front desk when I went back to make an appointment. She was very clear about what to expect when I explained my concerns, and even took me back to make sure their rods(?) would work for me. I’ve just done the lash lift today - I think with Naomi - and I also added the tint since it was only $20 difference. I do have black lashes already but I’ve heard it can help give the lashes more definition and visibility. The process itself was incredibly soothing because she was SO gentle and precise. And when she was done, oh my goodness… I’d never seen my lashes like this before. They’re lifted and they’re visible!! I think I’ll only do this for special occasions, but for once I’m actually looking forward to it.

All the 5 star reviews right now- I’ve been going here for a year and Nikki is the best at lashes. My eyes don’t burn after because she is really careful. It makes me feel comfortable without makeup as it looks natural and my lashes last so long. Just take care of them and they can last you 4-6 weeks! It is a nice clean place and the staff are so professional it is easy to schedule. I moved across the country but every time I come back to NY, I always stop here because I can’t find another reliable place like this. They also have a referral discount so try them out!

I’ve been coming here for a few months and every technician has been amazing. Today I had Irene do my lashes and she was so nice and gentle. She took her time placing the lashes and made sure I liked them at the end. Definitely recommend this place to all my friends

This was my first time ever getting lash extensions, and I was pretty clueless going into it. I wanted something done for a wedding/upcoming vacation. I came across a few of their sets on Instagram and decided to book an appointment for their kitty lash set. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very kind and walked me through everything. Irene did my lashes, and she was incredibly patient. I could tell she really took her time. They were also okay with making adjustments, and the final result looked amazing and suited my face so well. It’s been a few days and it seems to hold pretty well. I’ll definitely be back and trying different styles.
