If I could I’d give this place 0 stars . For starters I had an appointment today at 3 pm , i drove all the way from Jersey WITH a baby . I was told I could NOT use my Groupon purchase for my service . Then after going back and forth as to why I couldn’t use my Groupon for what they listed on Groupon , I was told i can purchase the services only from the salon and given a 30% discount … so I asked if I could just use the Groupon purchase toward the services and pay the difference of what remained . The owner told me Yes BUT I also had to pay the Groupon taxes , pay an additional 10 dollars for using the Groupon AND TIP … as if I gave intentions not to tip them. Horrible customer service and I will never ever spend my money here again . It’s bad enough in these hard times we are willing to spend our money and these people still want to rob us .

Love Willow, she understands my vision every time super affordable for the magic she does. My lashes slay evert time super natural look hybrid and she’s flexible. They have packages to keep you coming. The place is clean and in a great location, I go right after my nails downstairs.
