Update: contrary to the owners note below, I did not see any live visual of the length or curl option, I was just verbally told what the options were. Removing another star based on those falsehoods. If you purchased on Groupon, going to suggest not wasting your time, unless you like a barely there super natural lash. I’m looking for a new lash studio in the city and using Groupon as my first step. The work looks nice in the photos so I thought I’d give them a try. My final product left much to be desired - they don’t look like extensions at all. When I followed up after my appointment, I was told I might need something longer and with more fullness next time ( I guess the Groupon only includes 60 lashes) but how would you expect someone to come back if you didn’t deliver the first time? In addition to being underwhelmed with the final look: - my lash tech wasn’t helpful at all when it came to determining style and length. I’m newish to lashes so it would have been helpful to get her input and walk me through the best choice for my desired look. - That said, if she knew when applying that the length needed to be longer or more fullness, why not say anything? I wouldn’t have minded paying more. - it was a rush job. My appointment was at 530, I would say we started 5-7 minutes after and I was up a little after 6. The handful of times I’ve gotten my lashes done it has NEVER been that quick. There was someone booked at 6 (which I didn’t understand) and why I assume there was a rush. - I received no care instructions and was basically rushed out the door for the next person. No eye spoolie or anything. - lastly, I’ve already noticed a little shedding (my appt was yesterday). As a marketer, my advice to the business is that if you’re going to use Groupon to recruit new customers the Groupon experience should still be exceptional and comparable to a standard service. If not, you won’t be able to recruit that customer and you’ve wasted your money.
This was my first time getting my eyelashes done and I’m so impressed on how they turned out! I have been getting compliments left and right! I got the natural 60 lashes per eye treatment and I will 100% come back for refills because I cannot imagine not having these on. You do not feel them, they’re light and the shape is beautiful. My tech was kind and very friendly. The place was clean and very calming, I recommend :)
10/10 highly recommend! The lashes last long my first set lasted about 2 months. The $ is worth it here. Amazing lash techs as well!
Found my new lash place! Clean, friendly, affordable & my lashes came out soo goood!! I opted for a classic/natural set.
Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time getting lashes and was nervous but the staff made me feel comfortable. The lashes are absolutely beautiful and they look and feel really natural. Everyone was friendly and the space was clean and relaxing. Definitely would recommend their services.
