Lashes & Beauty Brows

Ive been getting my entire face threaded for more than 10 years and have never experienced so much pain. The owners need to be better about checking qualifications. I went at 11:30a on a Friday. I asked for my full face and it felt like she was ripping my skin open. She told me I was done and I had to ask again for her to do my full face. In the process, she cut my face, left untouched hair, pulled out my eyelashes and nearly ripped my earings out of my ears. Her name is in the picture do not go to her if you want your threading done right.

5 stars came here last minute and needed to get a full body wax. Two ladies worked on me they were gentle, quick and precise. They also made me feel very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

I don't even know what to say - you took so much hair off of my left eyebrow. Instead of stopping when you saw my microblading tattoo, you kept going. Then, you cut me by pressing so hard on my skin that it burned. You continued to press hard each time. When I spoke up, your coworker replied with, "Sorry - she tried to follow your microblading line." Are you kidding me?? All you had to say was sorry? You still happily took my money and shrugged like oh well, your problem, not mine. Last time I'm going here - absolutely unprofessional. This was unacceptable.
