I had my lashes done , and Erika did an amazing job! I came in missing some lashes from a previous set done at another establishment, and she was still able to make everything look full, balanced, and beautiful.She was professional, patient, and really worked with what I had.I highly recommend Erika if you're looking for quality work and great service. I'll definitely be returning!

I’m really disappointed with my experience. To start my appointment began late and I was told to book a basic set and decide on details once I arrived. Unfortunately the technician assisting me spoke little to no English which made communication difficult. Within the first day lashes were falling out. I initially thought this might be normal as it still looked full but not even a week passed and a significant number of lashes came off. I reached out during my graduation, no response! This is concerning because I was told they should last 2-3 weeks with proper care and a fill in at week 3. I followed all of the aftercare instructions provided so I don’t believe this is due to anything on my end. Given that I paid $160 I expected much better quality and service. Only one week later my lashes do not look right and I’m very unhappy with the results.

Oh my god!! This was my first ever time getting my lashes done and I could not be happier!! I got exactly what I wanted and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Abby did my set and she will be seeing me again!!!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I booked a 5:40 PM appointment and arrived early at 5:20 PM, only to be told the technician would be running late because another client was taken ahead of me. What was supposed to be a short delay turned into me waiting until after 6 PM with no prior phone call or message. I had other important plans scheduled afterward and ended up being extremely late because of the delay. As clients, we are expected to respect appointment times and can even lose deposits for being late, so I expected the same professionalism and communication in return. I reached out afterward about how upsetting the situation was and did not receive a response until the next day. Although I was offered 50% off a future service, the overall experience left a bad impression on me, especially since I had planned to continue supporting this business after moving to Queens. Please refer anyone who respects their client and their appointment.
