It’s conveniently located near the train. I was greeted kindly and professionally. They accommodated my inconvenience to them. I am satisfied with my lashes and it’s highly likely that I will return. There were moments that were a tid bit painful but nothing too crazy but worth mentioning. I redeemed a Groupon and I was charged a Groupon fee of $6. When booking the appointment it was not mentioned and I would of liked to have been informed prior.

I’ve been going to Xtend for a while now and I love how how my lashes turn out every single time. Best location so give it a try when you’re around midtown! Hands down the best.

Amazing! I received compliments on my eyelashes immediately. I’ve been to several upscale salons before but since meeting Rachel I’ve followed her for years and haven’t gone to anyone else. She cares not only about making your lashes beautiful but also will advise on best practices for the health of my lashes. As a bonus, removal is painless and the extensions are super quick. Very happy with my experience.

I don’t normally do reviews but because of the number of services I got and experience I received, I had to write. I must say I was very impressed with the services. I got waxing, brows tattooed shaded and lash extensions. My lashes are beautiful and natural looking. I was at first afraid about getting eyebrows tattooed but my brow tech made feel so comfortable. Explained the process for me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I love my brows and they too look naturally full and perfectly arched. I had a technician for each of the services and they were all great, professional and provided excellent services. The store was beautiful set up and clean. It was amazing to be able to have somewhere to go and get everything done in one place. I already my two week appointment and I will be a longtime customer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I recently booked an appointment here for eyelash extensions. They lashes began to fall the next day. They place was closed due to the July 4th. I've been trying to reach them ever since and no one answers the phone. I paid for 120 cashmere lashes and wife didn't receive the whole 120. I know because it's the first time she's had them done. My wife felt like she rushed through the process rather quickly. Which would explain why they called asked my wife if she could come an hour before her appointment. Save your money go somewhere else.
