DO NOT get a lash lift here. Truthfully, I don’t even know why I walked in here. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions and lash lifts on and off for over 15 years, and I know it’s always hit or miss. But I’ve never experienced this much burning or had my eyes become bright red, ever. Either the products they use are poor quality or too harsh. A lash lift is such a technical skill, and I could tell the person who did mine was inexperienced. Blaming my lashes for being short is not an excuse. If that was the issue, they should have declined the service. I tipped 22%, like I usually do wherever I go, and I’m honestly amazed they didn’t even try to offer a refund. That just shows the level of customer service and lack of integrity, in my opinion. Do your own research and read the reviews beforehand. I’ll never come back here, and I’d strongly urge anyone considering a lash lift specifically to go somewhere else. EDIT: After my review. The establishment reached out to me and offered a refund which I think it’s a nice gesture and good service recovery. That’s important to any good business practice.

I can’t emphasize how amazing this place is. The first time I got lashes there the results were amazing, and the lashes feel so easy to clean and maintain. They gave me a little brush to take home as well. The space is very clean, very soothing and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend this spot.

Amazing service, friendly staff. The salon is extremely clean and the service was so relaxing. My lashes lasted on vacation in Florida through theme parks, swimming with minimal fall out. I would definitely recommend Lash Up!

My lashes from Lash Up last noticeably longer than those from the previous brand, maintaining their fullness, shape, and overall appearance for weeks. There is far less shedding, and the lashes continue to look clean and fresh well into the wear period. This speaks volumes about the quality of the products used and the technique applied. I see Summers, who is consistently attentive, skilled, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to ensure proper application, comfort, and balance, which clearly contributes to the long-lasting results. In addition to the quality, the pricing is very fair for the level of service and results provided. I have been a loyal client for over a year and have never been disappointed. Lash Up has earned my trust and continued business, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality, long-lasting lashes at a fair price.

Last minute and everything.. I tip him well because he’s awesome and really gentle on my eyes .. 🫶 Ladies this is a peaceful vibe place serene and they are super nice .. Be nice to them !!!
