Lash Spa Greenpoint | Keratin Lift | Lash Extensions | Eyebrows

I hate to write a negative review, but I’m sharing my experience in hopes of preventing this from happening to someone else. I have very long, straight lashes and went to Lash Spa for a lash lift. After waiting the recommended 48 hours before washing them, I noticed one eye was more lifted than the other. I reached out to Lash Spa, and they offered to redo the treatment. I expressed concern about over-processing and potential damage to my lashes, but they reassured me that it would be fine. A little over a week later, I returned for the second lash lift. At first, everything seemed okay—but once I washed my lashes after 48 hours, they were pointing in all different directions and I couldn’t brush them into place. Since then, I’ve experienced significant lash loss—about half the density I had before the treatments. It’s now been 7 weeks, and not only do I still have some lashes curled the wrong way, but I can’t even wear mascara because it looks so messy. I really regret having this done, especially the second time.

I went this store once, and I had a very nice experience. Reception are very professional, they answer all the questions you have patiently. I love the technicians too! They are very professional. It’s been 2 weeks already. My lashes stay very well like a new set. I’m gonna go refill my lashes in 3 week (which is in 21 days). The clean and quiet space makes me feel very comfortable!

I was just here and WOW they got me right in, were very informative and kind and the lashes look incredible. They were also reasonably priced. My new go-to lash place in Brooklyn. ♥️

Great. Have come here a few times for a lash lift, always lovely and lasts for months. Recently I wanted slightly less curl. We tried to relax the lashes. One side relaxed more than the other. Turns out I have longer lashes on one side. Brenda and Eva were very kind and patient working with me to get it to look balanced. Great service. Thank you.

Eh. The lashes look nice for a couple days but they are expensive here and they don’t last. I was going to another place in koreatown for a while and my lashes always lasted at least a month before I could use a refill. Wanted to give this place a try because it’s just closer to home but I need a whole new set in 2 weeks and this has been the case every time. In fact, the last set I got fell out almost completely within 6 days, I brought this up because it was $140 and they got me in but still charged me $60 for a one week refill…. Which was two weeks ago and I have like 4 lashes still intact. As far as customer service goes with cancellations… I had to cancel an appointment a while ago because I woke up with a 102 fever and had the flu, their policy stated that you needed to cancel 6 hours before your appt to avoid cancellation fee, which I called and left a voicemail because they hadn’t opened yet, I called again when they did open and they still charged me. Y’all, I was very sick and didn’t want to get anyone else sick. We just went through a global pandemic… come on. They also charge a $10 fee if you want to use your card, on top of a very blunt 30% suggested tip…
