Came to Lashtouch for my very first LED eyelash extension and had an amazing experience! Miri did my lashes and she was fantastic. I chose the “secret touch” package (50 pcs), which turned out to be the perfect, natural amount of lashes for a first-timer. The salon itself is super clean and has total spa vibes. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and the front lobby staff was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Miri and Lashtouch! 10/10

This place does not accommodate you, I spent $160 dollars for lashes on Wednesday 5/27 a few hours 2 lashes fell off. Now today 5/29 my lashes on my left eye are damn near falling off, I went to let the techs know and see what I’m experiencing, they were very dismissive of my situation. I was told they can try to call me at 6:45 or 7pm. Where is the accommodation for a customer who paid that amount and left a tip. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. Seems like all they care about is you spending money. I’m so disappointed in this place.

I’ve been coming here for so many years, and I’m never disappointed! The service is always amazing, and I always leave loving my lashes. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and great service! ❤️

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid for an 80-piece set, and in under a week more than half of my lashes have fallen out despite me being extremely careful and following proper aftercare. Lash extensions should last significantly longer than this. For the cost, I expected much better quality and retention.

Lashlove has been such a staple for me since I moved to NYC. I’ve had multiple technicians everytime I come and they’re all so great! My lashes always look great and I get so many compliments each time I get them done (which is very often). A happy loyal customer!
