Clean and convenient location near Bryant Park where I have had service twice. First time I chose more natural, and this time more glamorous. The technician is very thoughtful. Price is low compared to other places and they include tip. Would not accept additional tip but take pride in the work.

I have tried a handful of eyelash salons in the midtown area and I was very pleased with my latest eyelash extension done by John. The customer experience was quite comfortable from beginning to end. I do have back problems so usually I end up having to readjust due to back pain. I do move at times becuase my back begins to hurt but that’s my own issue because I experience this at every salon. Other lash tech salons I’ve been to usually comment that I need to stop moving but John didn’t say that which I appreciate. The lower leg support pillows are fantastic. I got cat eye with length range 12-16mm. The dramatic set. If you are a first time customer he offers a discount at checkout, I wasn’t sure if the promo was still applicable for my visit but I was suprised. Looking forwards to my next refill.

Great value, amazing service, the owner John is very nice and he and his technicians are always meticulous with my lashes. Really enjoy coming here regularly. Hidden gem!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today at your salon. During my eyelash application appointment, the technician began applying the lashes, and I immediately informed him that I was feeling discomfort. He responded by saying that my eyes were simply sensitive. I explained that I regularly get my lashes done at other salons and have never experienced such irritation. Despite my concerns, he continued with the application until my eyes became severely irritated and started to water. At that point, I insisted that he stop and remove the lashes immediately. My eyes were red, burning, and in pain — I even had to rinse them with water in the bathroom. Instead of taking responsibility, the technician tried to dismiss the situation. It was extremely alarming and unprofessional. Whether it was the glue used or his improper technique, the experience was unsafe and distressing. I told him that I would not pay for a service that caused me physical harm. This experience left me with eye irritation and a great deal of concern for the hygiene and safety standards of your salon. I strongly advise others to be cautious before receiving services here, as no client should risk their eye health in such a manner.
