Very great place! First time here and I was a bit nervous as I didn't have a good experience someplace else. At Lady Lashes NY, they were very nice and patient. The technician I had was so amazing and understand through the session. My lashes looks amazing and the best part is my lashes feel natural!!!!!! Exactly what I have been looking for. I look forward to going back!
I gave one star bcuz as soon as i got my lash done , the lash looks good . But soon after when i get home , some of my lashes start falling down not even a day yet . And a day after when i woke up, there’s some spaces between my lashes already. I can’t go there to fix my lashes free in three days time period bcuz of my tight schedule. I found that place on Groupon. I recommend not to go there and don’t waste your money cus your lashes will only last like not more than two weeks and it’s not worth your money even with on groupon price. Service was okay.
This salon needs to be investigated!! When asked were is the certificate/license for the Waxer I was told she had one but wasn’t up on the wall and then I was told it’s somewhere upstate because that’s where she came from. This is insane. I went for a Brazilian , full leg wax and lashes, however I was not able to get my lashes done because of the horrible experience I had during my wax. The Waxer started off NOT knowing what a Brazilian was and how to do it. The Waxer also trimmed so much hair off when she did not have to because my hairs we not long. She took a DIRTY razor and shaved me as well which you are not suppose to do when u are actively waxing. She also burned me four times during my Brazilian to where someone had to come in to make sure I was ok. During my full leg wax she burned me as well. She burned me two times on my lower legs. As I got home I noticed my thighs FULL OF HAIRS !!! She left all the sticky on me as well. Just an awful experience. I did get a full refund once sending in multiple photos of my legs.
Hi, I wanted to reach out because I’m very disappointed with my lash set. I specifically booked and paid for a mega volume set, but the lashes I received do not look like mega volume at all. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I paid $150 for this service, and as a loyal returning customer, I feel let down. May and Zoey have done my lashes in the past, and I’ve never had this issue with them. When I expressed my concerns in person, I was told that this was considered mega volume, but I respectfully disagree based on both the appearance and the fullness I expected from the service I paid for. I value your salon and have continued to come back because of the quality of work I’ve received before, which is why this experience is so upsetting. I feel like my concerns were dismissed, and I’d appreciate a resolution, whether that’s a correction or another way to address the situation. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
If you’re looking for a great lash artist in Queens, go to May! A friend recommended her to me, and her Instagram work looked amazing. I was a bit nervous since I haven't had lashes in about 10 years, but May made me feel so comfortable. She was incredibly accommodating with my scheduling and squeezed me in last minute. I am obsessed with my new classic look and haven't stopped looking at my face. It’s a wonderful small business that really brings joy to its clients!
