The lady was so patient. I walked in to get some lashes done. Did a beautiful job. I felt satisfied with the results. Lashes survived a week. I haven’t gone to the gym so I know that helped tremendously. But overall the women was so nice I’ll be back again this week to get my eyebrows done 😊see you soon and thank you for making me beautiful . Overall satisfied

I wish I had the option to rate this place with less than one (1) star. I went to do my lashes and the extensions were all over the place. The lady did it twice and it was a mess!!! I ended asking her to take them off. Plus, they move from client to client and don’t wash their hands. HORRIBLE

Great place in the neighborhood for eyebrows! I’ve been here multiple times for Threading/tinting and now lamination!! Love them so much! Nisha was so nice, checking in with me throughout the process to make sure nothing was irritating my skin. Friendly staff and always up for giving suggestions for your next treatment.

I called to make an appointment and the person said come in and then I said Thank you in will be in just wanted to tell you I ha e a Groupon then the person said return it to groupon and cone in I said I can't I brought it already then they said ok then you cone in on Saturday. What a way to make a person feel horrible and you are a spa to make a person feel better. Horrible treatment I would let them touch me here. Not accommodating at all.

It was by far the worst experience ever!! I went on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at approximately 3 10p.m. I was the only customer. There were 2 East Indian, women when I arrived. The younger one took care of me 🥺. I asked for threading for my eyebrows & eyelash extensions. I had to keep telling her to clean it up here & there, & still my brows didn't look at good as it should. The eyelashes, same thing. Can you fill it in here? This doesn't look right. Long story short... DON'T GO THERE. B4 I could get home, my eyelashes were hanging on for dear life. By 6pm, 3pcs just fell off & I was mad as HELL because I was going away for the wknd. I'm not sure what kind of glue she used, but it hardened up & turned yellow. Forget about it, after I washed my face. Most of them were attached to my washcloth.😤 I went back on Thursday, June 6th. Only to be told that they were only there on Wednesdays. Apparently, they're sharing the shop with others. As I said, I was going away, so I couldn't get my lashes redone. There was an Asian woman there & she offered to do my lashes for $50 dollars. I said, "I don't want anyone from this establishment touching my eyes, NOT EVER!! I ended up plucking the remainder of them off, which wasn't pleasant. That was $40 bucks down the drain & a $7 tip. I just used my mascara. I should have done this initially. The crazy part is that I haven't had eyelashes extensions in over a decade because the last experience was a bust as well. Smh. It's a good thing I didn't get an infection. DO NOT GO HERE!
