I like how fast and clean this place is, but after coming here since Jan 2026 (now it’s June 2026) I’ve decided to not return. It’s nyc, so there’s no parks. So for someone like me who drives, i have to pay for parking, the toll from nj to nyc (so clearly i was willing and committed to do these things because i liked my service). Firstly, they are completely overpriced. I end up paying $170 for a wispy classic set (but they said it was extra full) look at my photo this is NOT “extra full” but whatever, it’s nyc. I WAS WILLING TO PAY IT & I did each and every time. What bothered me is, I came back to my 3 week appointment and my tech said “i have to charge full price because it’s been more than 21 days” … this was an issue for me because i booked my refill appointment in the salon after my previous full set appointment so if it wasn’t a 3 week refill why wouldn’t they tell me that ahead of time and allow me to make the appointment? On May 1st i had the full set appointment, directly after that appointment i booked in the salon for May 24th. Anyways, this was when i begin to be a little frustrated. May 24th at check out she charged me and they have a sign by the register that says “15-20% tip is recommended” it says RECOMMENDED NOT REQUIRED . I gave a tip but it was not 15%, i work in the service industry so im usually very generous when it comes to tips but i told her i only had $10 cash, she points to the sign, makes me feel uncomfortable and basically forces me to pay the 15-20% tip which means the service doesn’t cost what they say. The service is that PLUS mandatory gratuity like we in a restaurant. I was completely shocked by this and disgusted. How are you forcing someone to tip? I didn’t like that and for that i will never return here. & then i looked at the reviews and they say the same thing… when they didn’t tip 15% the salon blocked them from making future appointments. This is truly sickening and disappointing to their customers.
I’ve been going to KS Lash for a year and a half and im always satisfied with how good my lashes come out! I get so many compliments and have referred so many people to this studio. Not to mention my lashes last. I also really appreciate the cleanliness and the calm relaxing vibe of the studio. All the technicians are amazing, but i go to Cassie, Julie and Joanne because they align well with my schedule and i like their work. Honestly, I’ve had the best lash experience going here in New York. Plus, I’m extremely particular , so that should tell you everything you need to know.
Such wonderful technicians. They do beautiful work and I always receive so many compliments. The lashes are installed masterfully and last long! Been coming here for years and highly recommend!!
Love love love their work! I always get the most compliments on my lashes when I do them here.
⸻ I recently visited Ks lashes and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I appreciated the range of styles they offered and the stylist's expertise in helping me choose the right look for my occasion. My lashes turned out beautifully and have held up well since my appointment. I would recommend Ks lashes to anyone looking for quality lash services.
