Finding a really great Russian manicurist in Manhattan—especially in Chelsea—isn’t the easiest thing. But I found one today, and I couldn’t be happier. Liuda absolutely nailed my hard gel manicure. She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I was happy with each step of the process before moving on. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work, and it shows in the final result. If you’ve been searching for someone who specializes in meticulous Russian manicures and hard gel, she’s definitely worth the book.

Absolutely terrible!! Do not go here!! I just walked out with the absolute worst Russian manicure I’ve ever had. Please go to Celebrity Nails or Darlings, both do absolute perfect work. This is a disgusting manicure and I’ll never be back. I recommend you save yourself. My cuticle looks horrific, worse than I started and she filled my nails down to the core when I literally screamed at how deep she went. Anyone who has had a Russian manicure knows this is not what your nails should look like!

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! Krasivo Nail Salon is truly incredible! I want to start by saying that I have no idea why this place doesn't have more reviews because they absolutely deserve them. A little background: I decided to try Krasivo after my previous nail salon of three years made a major mistake with my nails and only apologized after I left an honest review. By then, it was too late. I had already decided not to return (formerly Russian Nails, now known as Gorgeous Gordona). For months, I searched for a new salon, but every place I tried disappointed me. The customer service was lacking, the prices were too high, or the quality wasn't worth the cost. Then I came across Krasivo on Instagram and decided to give them a try, especially since my nails were desperately in need of some care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. A lovely woman at the front desk greeted me warmly, offered me something to drink, and asked me to have a seat since I had arrived a little early. When my appointment time came, she informed me that my nail technician was running slightly behind schedule and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated the professionalism and communication. About 15 minutes later, my nail technician arrived and immediately apologized as well. She introduced herself as Natalia, got settled in, and sat down with me to discuss what I wanted. As a gesture of goodwill for the delay, she even offered to do a small design on one nail of each hand at no extra charge—which I happily accepted! Natalia was an absolute sweetheart. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. We had such a great conversation, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Most importantly, my nails were in rough shape when I arrived, and she completely transformed them. You would never know they had been damaged before. I absolutely LOVE my nails! The customer service here is outstanding. The front desk staff was attentive and welcoming, and Natalia was wonderful from start to finish. Now let's talk about the salon itself—the atmosphere is gorgeous! The space is clean, chic, organized, and photo-ready. I love the minimal design and overall aesthetic. It's exactly my style. The pricing was also great. First-time clients receive 30% off, so my Russian manicure came out to only $70, which I thought was an excellent value considering the quality of service and results. I am beyond happy to say that I have finally found my permanent nail salon. I already booked my next appointment with Natalia for next month! Thank you, Krasivo and Natalia, for such an amazing experience. Exceptional customer service, beautiful atmosphere, talented technicians, and reasonable pricing. This is definitely a 5-star salon in my book. Now if only you offered eyebrow services too! 😊 It would be my one stop shop but ladies they do lashes!!!

I love this salon — the atmosphere here feels completely different. There’s no visual clutter, they have a drink bar, and most importantly, the level of service is amazing. A manicure is $90 plus design, so the pricing is pretty much the same as everywhere else in Manhattan, but I finally found my place!
