I had such an amazing experience here. Customer service was outstanding. The staff was warm and welcoming. My lash technician, Mary, has extremely soft hands. She was incredibly skilled. Not to mention, she has an excellent attention to detail. And my lashes lasted for weeks. Highly recommend!

I am writing this to warn others about this location. This eye lash studio closed down abruptly in January 2024. At that time, I had unused balances on gift cards I had previously purchased. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via their old phone number to request a refund or information, I never received a single response. It is clear now that they simply stopped operating and left customers with no way to recoup their money. Surprisingly, in early 2026, I noticed a new sign and a new phone number posted at the storefront, suggesting they were reopening. I have tried calling the new number multiple times, but no one ever answers and my calls are never returned. I have also visited the storefront in person, only to find a locked door with no signs of life or actual business operations inside. Between the history of ignoring customers with active gift cards and the current situation of a "reopened" storefront that remains locked and unreachable, I strongly believe this is a fake storefront. Do not attempt to purchase gift cards or book appointments here, you will likely lose your money.

I want to take a moment to share my amazing experience with this place. Over the past two years, I have been getting my lashes done here and they have never disappointed me. What I appreciate most about them is their flexible scheduling, which allows me to plan my appointments around my busy schedule. The quality of their work is simply exceptional, and I always leave feeling satisfied. I have no doubt that as long as I live in this area, they will continue to be my go-to place for all of my lash needs. 5🌟

The staff was very professional. Love my lashes. Will definitely come back for a refill. They look very natural. They are providing great discounts for returning customers as well! I think i’ve found my regular lash spot.

These were the best lash extensions I’ve ever gotten, extremely natural and last so long. I went to iLash before the pandemic when they were based in williamsburg :) I purchased another Groupon shortly after but wasn’t able to use it until now due to Covid closing down business. Lashes look amazing and they honored the money I’d spent on it over a year ago! Very sweet and peaceful place !
