Went back last Saturday for lash filler. Got a longer length! Love it. Easy to care for with the special lash brush. Showered, slept and no issues. Perfect almost a week later. Quiet spa like feeling. Perfect for these hot weather days. A mini get away to get pampered. The lashes change your look and eye makeup optional. Highly recommended! Near Bloomingdale's. Mon-Sat 10am-7:30pm & Sun 11am-7pm Appointment needed. Enjoy!

I showed up for an appointment that was initially confirmed for 3/17 at 5:30PM just for them to tell me they did not have me on the schedule. Complete waste of time/inconvenience with no real explanation as to how something like that happened. Having a scheduled appointment usually means the customer needs the service that specific day and time. Offering me 20% off on my next 2 visits was the least of my concerns since I now had to travel the very next morning without my lashes done. With that said, book with caution because your appointment may or may not be confirmed upon arrival. PS: Apparently this location only has 1 lash tech so also keep that in mind!

Absolutely horrible. Got my lashes done for the first time ever. The next morning I had lashes falling off already (and no I did not wet them at all). It hasn’t even been a week since I got them and they are already falling off. This is so frustrating because of how expensive they are for how bad the quality is.

I have been a loyal client of Glow Lash for years, but my recent experiences under new management have been extremely disappointing. The female receptionist is consistently rude and speaks to clients in a demeaning manner, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. On my last visit, I respectfully expressed to her that I did not appreciate the way she was communicating with me, and I also mentioned that it felt tacky to pressure clients for tips. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she later sent me a text message asking me not to return to the establishment. As a long-standing customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, especially when providing honest feedback. Unfortunately, it appears that new management does not value or know how to properly treat loyal clients. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

I recently had my first experience here, as it was highly recommended by my coworker, and let me tell you —I couldn't be more happy with the results! I opted for a natural look, since it was my first time - and honestly -pretty damn amazed by how beautifully the extensions blends. Initially you must read and consent forms before they treat you, and they take their time explaining the different kinds of lashes offered. I felt very welcomed upon entry, the staff are sweet and really genuinely nice- not like other salons where the workers look miserable and treat you like a number. The technician Hailey was incredibly gentle and professional, making the entire experience soo comfortable-i fell asleep during the session!! (It was very therapeutic! ) The pad that you lay on is very soft, the salon space is super clean, and it is nicely decorated. I’m very happy with this salon! I'll definitely be coming back! :)
