She made the entire process so comfortable and completely painless. To top it all off, the customer service here is next-level. The owner, Lisa, was so incredibly considerate. Such sweet ladies! Special shout out to Lisa though, it was my first time getting my brows threaded, laminated and tinted but they made everything so easy.
