I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’ve probably had at least 6 sets/refills done. Despite poor to average results, I keep coming back for the convenience because I live just a block away. I’ve tried a few technicians and while there was one time where the lashes actually lasted 3 weeks, I keep coming back hoping that I would have that experience again. However, the other 4-5 times I’ve gotten them done, the lashes will come out within a week one by one each day (not attached to natural lash due to shedding). By week 2, I would almost always need a refill bc they look pretty janky. Their pricing isn’t bad and the people are sweet and nice, but the annoyance of poor retention given the time investment of having to lay there for one hour each time, I don’t think I will be coming back. I also recommended a family member who was looking for a place only bc this is the only place I was going to for a while for the convenience, and she had a similar experience and I doubt she will come back and I actually feel bad giving her my recommendation in the first place…
I am highly frustrated with what happened today at my scheduled appointment. First and foremost, I used to come here religiously for a full year and a half to get my lashes done. Very convenient location, my job is two blocks away. Amy was my go-to person, and I appreciated her every time she did my lashes. Now, moving forward to recent events. I had scheduled my appointment 3 days prior. I asked for the earliest available appointment because I will be flying out later in the day. They scheduled me for 11am. I arrived at 10:58am and told the woman I had a scheduled appointment at 11am. She said okay and told me to have a seat. At this time they are two people waiting in the waiting area. I'm waiting patiently, with no updates from anyone. Little did I know there were about 4 other clients on the table, all getting their lashes done. Now 25 minutes have passed with no update. Normally the wait would not bother me. But, I'm on a time limit, and every minute counts. So, I kindly went up and asked to cancel my appointment because of the lack of communication. Not one staff member apologized for running behind schedule or offered an accommodation. All I received was blank stares and silence. Not even a goodbye. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. The amount of eyelash and microblading services I paid for in the past, from the moment they opened, and the number of referrals I have given, only to be left with blank stares and silence, is hurtful and unprofessional. I'm not sure if I will ever return. June 22, 2026 - The manger reached out to me a couple of days ago and apologized. Because of that I was comfortable with rescheduling my appointment. I was seen on Sunday June 21. I will be updating my review to 4 stars.
Eyelash world in park slope is amazing..it is a relaxing environment, clean, friendly and Sophie is an incredible eyelash tech and has also done great brow lamination. I’ve recommended them to many others.
When I first went in I was satisfied with service as time went by the lashes did not last not sure if it’s the quality of the lashes or the experience of the technicians. They were falling out with in days. I do not recommend the service at this facility. I have referred several people and will not send them any more referrals.
I highly recommend! They were so patient with me when I had trouble explaining what I was looking to get done. The space is clean and comfortable with nice ambiance. My lashes are perfect. Very happy to have found them!
