Eyebrows Threading, Shumi's Threading Spa

Horrible customer service. There’s usually a long wait but I don’t mind. TONIGHT, I rush to make it before closing, I made it by 7:57 (I know not nice but I’m sat and waiting) and the ladies starting ganging up on me saying they close” at 7:45 and telling me to go away. I personally I’m not gonna argue with anybody I’m getting service off because you’re just gonna mess up the service my eyebrows or nails or whatever I asked and then it’s really gonna be a problem. Unprofessional, they do not deserve nobody business. There’s several shops around that are fair and much nicer.

I have been doing my eyebrows here for the last 6 years Noreen and Saba are my go to. I recently did a Brazilian with Noreen my first time and she made it as painless as possible 10 10 10!!!!

Sana is the best! I love how she did my eyelashes 10/10. You can also provide your own lashes for them to install for you!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done with Shumi’s for years. I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows but the lovely ladies that work here. The service is always 110%, I love it!

Never again. I always came here and never had a problem. The girl did my eyebrow and messed my eyebrow up and then when I said something she was the one getting upset. Then on top of that they tried to gaslight me and act as if that’s how my eyebrows naturally are one up and one down. Like no I know what my eyebrows look like naturally. This is a picture of me not even moving my eyebrows. I was pissed and because of that girls attitude I will not be coming back.
