Horrible experience. Please don’t book here. I booked my appointment for 7:00 PM and arrived on time, but I wasn’t even seated until 7:20 PM. I went in for a classic wispy lash refill, and the experience only got worse from there. It was over 90°F outside, and there was no air conditioning inside the salon. It was unbearably hot, and I actually had to ask for a fan just to be comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the refill itself. I walked in with more lashes than I walked out with. Instead of leaving with a refreshed classic wispy set, it looked like she simply removed lashes from my existing set and barely replaced them. My lashes looked nothing like the wispy style I asked for. Overall, this was a huge waste of time and money. Between the late start, the uncomfortable environment, and the poor quality of the refill, I would never come back. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Every time I come to get my lashes done I have a great experience. The lash tech takes her time, she’s very patient with me as I am indecisive. She is gentle and kind. Everyone that works here is very sweet and professional. I love it here!

I want to start by saying that the staff at Empire Studio are genuinely kind and attentive — they took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Upon arrival, the manager had me sign a waiver and asked me to share reference photos, then passed those details along to my lash artist, which I appreciated. That said, I do have a few concerns I’d like to share. Unfortunately, my lashes didn’t turn out anything like my reference photo. I requested a wispy hybrid set, and while I understand that results can vary based on eye shape, the final look was quite different from what I had in mind. Retention was also a significant issue — my lashes were completely gone within nine days, which is well below the standard I’d expect. I’m not sure what adhesive was used, but it didn’t hold up at all. One more thing worth noting for anyone considering booking: this studio seems to lean toward a more natural application style. If you prefer volume or mega volume lashes, you may want to look elsewhere, as that aesthetic doesn’t appear to be their specialty. I hope this feedback is helpful to the team and to anyone reading before booking!

I liked the lashes, but timeliness and organization were an issue. My appointment was rescheduled twice, and on the day of my visit, my 5:00 PM appointment did not begin until 5:30 PM. I let the receptionist know that I had another appointment afterward, and she told me the service would take 50 minutes to an hour at most. However, I did not finish until 7:00 PM. When I shared my concern about the timing, the receptionist was dismissive and lacked accountability stating “it happens” and laughing.

Decided to try this place based off all the tiktok videos i’ve seen and honestly I believe it’s a huge waste of money! Overall, the staff were nice and make you feel welcome. They asked for a reference pic which I showed them and mine included the exact lash map of I wanted and they still couldn’t match the photo, I feel like she kinda did whatever set she wanted. Also I asked for wispy volume with spikes and she made my spikes the same length as the rest of the lashes. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for any type of wispy or volume set, their sets are more classic or hybrid in my opinion. Retention is also 0/10, for $130 no reason why my lashes should be 90% gone after 1 week.
