the week of halloween, i was excited to get the anime lashes that will look great with my costume. instead, what i got is just basically hybrid lashes with $30 extra I had to pay for no reason. the first pic, anime lashes i got today, and the second pic, hybrid lashes i got last time looks the SAME. it’s also not identical both sides that i had to ask the lash tech to pull my lashes off so it looks better 😔 still looks bad… also had to pay $20 extra cuz the lash tech recommended lash removal for anime lashes 😐 my natural lashes fell so much cuz the lash tech kept pulling on them and it hurt a lot too. then she emphasized the TIP is NOT INCLUDED. I really didn’t want to leave a tip, especially after she emphasized it, but i did anyways. however, rest assured I will not be coming back. $175 spent for bad quality lashes & service made me very upset today.

I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a volume look. The 3D super volume is anything but that. This was my first time coming to this place based on recommendation because my original lash tech was booked. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she said she can and the lengths. It was poorly executed. My session only took an hour for “super volume “ and there are gaps in my eyelashes. They look like clusters instead of individuals. I said something twice before I gave up on trying to fix it. I was sad and just wanted to leave. I went home and a few already started to fall out. It was not worth it to me. However the women was sweet and polite I’m just very unhappy with the service.

Came here as a last minute resort because I didn’t book in advance with my lash tech but this was a set done by Lina. The entire 1.5 hour session was painful and felt like she was plucking my lashes off my eye. I was tearing the entire time and since I’ve gotten my lashes done, I’ve gotten chunks fall out with multiple natural lashes attached. So come here at your own expense.

I’ve been going here for a year now after being recommended by a coworker. I personally have had nothing to complain about my lashes last me almost 3-4 weeks I get the volume and usually add extra lashes cat eye 9-14 mm and it’s always just the right amount and as it slowly starts to fall off it gets even better. Me and my sister enjoy coming here they’re quick and efficient. I recommend Ava and Lina I usually go to either one. If I don’t like something they fix it but I always end up liking my set!

If you’re looking for someone who not only does incredible work but also truly cares about her clients and their experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Mary. She’s amazing at what she does, and I feel so lucky to have found her all those years ago!
