Chic Lashes & Nails

I came in because I saw a large Hydrafacial sign outside, but once I entered, I was told the person who does it wasn’t there. I waited while looking through brochures, and the customer service experience felt very unwelcoming from the start. After asking for a facial consultation, I had to wait just to speak to someone in English. One of the employees began speaking to me in Spanish and asked another customer to translate instead of communicating professionally with me directly. The whole interaction felt awkward and rude. I also asked to use the bathroom and was told it was “only for customers,” even though I had come in interested in their services and had been sitting there waiting. Overall, the communication, attitude, and treatment made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.

I had my nails done 3 days ago, and a few nails need to be fixed. I went back to the same salon, but the wait was very long and I couldn’t stay any longer. I paid quite a high price for the service, but compared to the quality I received, it doesn’t feel worth it. I would appreciate it if you could improve your service and the quality of the products used.

Claudia did my pedí. My toes feel so much better. Thank you for the tlc. Clan place. Nice friendly staff. Lots of colors to select. Place is in order, not chaotic and I didn't have to wait long to be served. Parking stinks but that's a given for the area.

Worst experience ever getting my nails done. Spent $50 to get my skin and buckles filed and left bleeding from my cuticle. Un even application of gel. She almost cut me so many times w the cuticle cutter. My cuticles and skin were burning. Just don’t go with the chubby woman she didn’t even say sorry once

I walked in and had my acrylic nails professionally removed, the nail tech Julie did such a wonderful job, she was very meticulous with my manicure and very receptive about my requests and choice of nail polish (I ended up going with a bottom base of black gel and a top coat of purple cat eye polish). The owner of the establishment also was so kind and made the customers comfortable with tea, coffee or water. Overall 10/10! will be coming again.
