This was one of the most pleasant and best powdered eyebrow experiences I've ever had! Lilly is a true artist. She's like a magician with her work. She's professional, talented, perfectionist and you can tell how much she loves and enjoys what she does! She's extremely knowledgeable and you cannot beat her amazing prices as well. I'm grateful to have chosen her and trusted my gut instincts. She's a miracle worker! Thank you so much for everything Lilly and I will see you soon for my lip tattoo! ❤️ Update: just got my lip tattoo and eyebrow touch up and Lilly is a true ARTIST 🎨 I didn't feel any pain and the lip combo color she made for me was perfect with my skin tone. Really made my smile pop! My eyebrows couldn't be shaped more perfectly and everything just looks so natural! Not only is she extremely talented but she's such an inspiration and you can tell she LOVES what she does. Her work is like ✨ magic ✨ I really wish I would have came to her sooner! She's intelligent, highly skilled, and radiates so much positive energy. She really takes care of her clients like they are family. highly recommended 20/10. Will definitely spread the word. Lilly Parra is a magical unicorn! About 2 years ago, my best friend began contacting several eyebrow artist about having hers done before starting her chemotherapy. Her experience left her hopeless as they didn't seem invested in working on her, or they never returned her messages or emails. Then she found Lilly, the unicorn. Not only did Lilly take the time to consult with her on the phone and in person but she made her an immediate appointment on her 1 day off since her chemotherapy was scheduled to start within a few weeks. Lilly is extremely talented and gifted in her work. She LOVES what she does but most importantly, she does this work to help people feel beautiful, inside and out. Needless to say, my girl's eyebrows looked beautiful once they were done! And when she lost ALL of her hair due to the chemo, she still had her beautiful eyebrows, done by Lilly. I finally made the journey to meet Lilly this past weekend in her new Astoria studio. Her energy filled me up with such light and love! She thoroughly explained what she would do to my eyebrows to make them beautiful. I walked out of there so happy and confidant of her work. I returned yesterday for my procedure and wow, what magic!! Lilly is a true artist. She truly is a magical unicorn and I feel blessed to have met her. I was there for over two hours as she perfected my brows. I can not recommend her enough and her new Astoria studio is so convenient for anyone coming on the train. Thank you Lilly for being you!!!

Where do I even begin?! I can’t say enough good things about Lilly’s services. She is the most talented permanent makeup artist I’ve met. I got my brows combo microshaded/ micro bladed by her almost 2 years ago now and they still look amazing! I never have to fill them in which is a huge plus and I’m a blonde so the hairs were always so light. Saves me so much time getting ready. Now I just got my lips blushed by her. It’s only been a week and I already am obsessed with the results. She helped me pick out the perfect shade that is perfect for everyday wear. My two best friends went also and we’re all sooo happy!! Definitely worth the investment in yourself for her services. Clean, friendly and talented artist / salon!

Took my mother to Browtiful as a birthday gift, Lilly was very professional and with a sweet demeanor, she explained every step with my mother making sure she was comfortable at all times, once she completed her eyebrows she made sure she was satisfied with the results before leaving. Which she was !
