first time and loved the service! ask for Rose! she was super sweet and listened and executed exactly what I wanted. finished in 1hr and 20 min. booked under “wispy hybrid” :)

I originally wrote a review on Saturday but i didn’t want to speak prematurely so I took it down; after long thought and communication with Bim Lashes i’ve decided this is NOT a place i’d recommend anyone to be serviced. On April 30th i went to them very excited for my service being that this would be my first time getting lash extensions in NYC (i frequently got my lashes done in texas) and what i left with i was satisfied. That night i noticed my lashes were shedding more than the normal ( i take care of my lashes i sleep with lash mask and have proper after care) and decided the next day i would be in contact with the salon; that day i noticed my left eyelid was swelling and was completely irritated which is not a normal reaction. (I’d like to add that if this was a allergic reaction to the adhesive it would be both eyes) I contacted them and they offered me a complimentary redo and i was satisfied with it at the moment because it was small irritation. The next morning i woke up and my left eye was completely swollen and I had to go get a emergency lash removal; at this removal i was informed that on my left eye my lashes were glued to my lash line/ eyelid causing the irritation. I reached out to Bim and they offered me the same thing from before a complimentary service; at this point i’ve already explained i’m not comfortable with them servicing me again and would like a refund. They tried to slightly gaslight me and aay this is something they’ve never seen before but kept trying to push me and is STILL actively trying to force a complimentary service on me so they can amend their mistake and since i don’t want it they offers it to my friends or family. Why would i send anyone here when one you lack empathy and compassion and two my eyes are extremely important i will not allow you to mess me up a second time and God forbid it be worse. They are refusing my refund and keep trying to push me to come back. I’m not coming back and I will also be contacting the Better Buisness bureau.

I had such a great experience with Usha (second time) at BIM Lashes ! She was so professional, patient, and welcoming from start to finish. Her gentle hands made the entire appointment super relaxing and comfortable. My lashes came out beautiful full, clean, and exactly how I wanted them. You can tell she truly cares about her work and pays attention to detail. Highly recommend booking with Usha if you want an amazing lash experience! ✨

The service here is amazing. All of the technicians are very nice. The young lady at the front desk is so sweet. She will make you feel very welcomed. my last technician is Sonia she does my lashes exactly how i want them everytime. however, all of the young ladies here doing an amazing job!! I recommend everyone in the Bronx area to come here. The place is very clean as well aside from their amazing service. ❤️

I had such a lovely experience at Bimlash. The studio is clean, cozy, and really inviting. I was seen right away with no waiting time, which I appreciated a lot. My lash tech, Muna, was so professional and gentle. Her hand was incredibly light, so I felt absolutely no discomfort the whole time. I got the premium natural set, and she finished everything in about an hour, super quick! The lashes came out beautiful and exactly the way I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back.
