Best Eyelash

Highly recommend! The prices for lash extensions are incredible especially for Manhattan, and the workers are very gentle. I got a hybrid set done and the lash isolation is perfect, plus the lashes themselves are very soft. When I texted to say that the style wasn’t to my preference and I wanted it to be more open eye instead of cat eye, they were super accommodating and fit me in the next day for a fix, free of charge.

My first appointment was excellent. The lash artist gave me exactly what I asked for—natural-looking extensions that suited me perfectly. Unfortunately, my second appointment on Thursday was a completely different experience. A different technician did my lashes, and despite being told they had my previous lash map and extension details, the results were nothing like my first set. The extensions are extremely long, overly heavy, and uncomfortable. My left and right eyes don’t even match. During the appointment, the tape under my right eye was also painful, and my right eye is still irritated several days later. The lashes are so heavy and uncomfortable that I’ll likely have to pay another salon to have them removed. I was initially concerned when I learned a different technician would be doing my lashes, but I trusted that my previous mapping would be followed. Unfortunately, it feels like my preferences were completely ignored. Also, some of the lashes were applied directly to my skin versus my eyelash. Based on this experience, I likely won’t be returning unless I the first eyelash tech can do my lashes.

I’m a regular here now! Really love the way these lashes come out and are durable and last for weeks. They also always do them thick enough for my preference. After trying many eyelash places, this is my fav!

I literally LOVE!! this place to get my lashes done. I highly recommend you guys to go here, they never fail to amaze me and feel like the prettiest girl ever. My lash tech is so gentle when doing my lashes that I barely feel it and fall asleep and she’s quick too. Very talented and won’t disappoint! Good prices & deals too :)

I love my eyelashes and this studio!! Cat eye hybrid set at a great price and done in about 1 hour. The lash tech was so sweet & the studio was spacious with a lovely vibe. No gimmicky late fees, deposits, etc like other lash techs. I told her i wanted a glam, yet natural look since my lashes can’t be too long for nursing school. She understood the assignment!! About 2 weeks in the set looks perfect. Already booking for my next refills. So glad i found Best Eyelash and can’t wait to go back !
